We are looking for a builder who fuses strategic acuity with executional rigor. Expect to orchestrate multi-disciplinary squads, shape narratives, and mobilise capital around unmistakable momentum.

  • Design signature hiring experiences that attract and close tier-one operators within 45 days.
  • Stand-up capability academies and coaching programs aligned to venture roadmaps.
  • Implement talent intelligence dashboards and predictive analytics on team health.
