You will be the lead architect translating FOUNDER'S BAY venture theses into validated companies, orchestrating customer discovery, MVP delivery, and commercial go-to-market readiness.

We are looking for a builder who fuses strategic acuity with executional rigor. Expect to orchestrate multi-disciplinary squads, shape narratives, and mobilise capital around unmistakable momentum.

  • ◆ Lead end-to-end venture design sprints that synthesize insight, product, and commercial hypotheses into investable roadmaps.
  • ◆ Build and manage agile squads across product, growth, and operations to deliver launch-ready ventures within 120 days.
  • ◆ Codify repeatable venture playbooks and metrics that let the studio scale from experiments to institutional ventures.
